Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Curd Thick
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • 1/3 cup Aloe Vera extract, gel
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • ¼ cup Mint leaves
  • 1 Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chat Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • ¼ teaspoon Asafetida Hing
  • ¼ spoon Black Salt
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take Aloe Vera, remove the gel from the leaf, cut into pieces and wash it 5 to 6 times to get rid of the bitterness.

  • Wash the Spinach leaves 2 to 3 times and chop the leaves roughly then heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, Asafetida (Hing) and Spinach leaves sauté for 2 to 3 minutes and keep it aside.

  • In a blender add curd, Spinach leaves, Aloe Vera gel, green chilies, coriander, mint leaves, curry leaves, ginger, chat masala, salt and water. Blend the mixture well and strain it. Then add black salt, lemon juice and adjust the salt if needed.

  • Serve it chilled in a glass.
