Instructions
Slit the chillies and remove the seeds. Slit the tomatoes. Saute the chillies and tomatoes with little oil. Keep separate.
Make paste with roasted peanuts, roasted sesame seeds, couscous and decicated coconut.
Now add oil on the frying pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves let crack then add the paste.
Stir constantly, add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and turmeric powder.
Stir until light brown add tamarind water. Close the lid for boiling then add sauteed chillies and tomatoes.
Again close the lid till thick consistent. Open the lid and pour on a serving dish. Serve along with rice or whatever you need.
