Sprouted moong salad
In peak summer sprouts come out within 12 hours. I just made the salad with dressing of olive oil, flaxseed, lemon juice and pink salt.

Instructions
Take a mixing bowl add sprouted noong, cucumber, beetroots, tomatoes, green chilli, grapes, apple, olive oil, flaxseeds, salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Mix all together finally chopped mint leaves. Your salad is ready to serve.
Notes
Try to finish within half an hour.
