Instructions
Wash and cut into small pieces. Shallow fry with oil, salt and turmeric powder.
Take a small bowl add chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder. Make a paste with 2 tbsp water.
Pour into the fried gourd add chopped tomato and cook for five minutes.
Then put off the flame add coconut cream and almond paste. Serve with anything like, roti, paratha, steam rice, fried rice, pulao etc...
