Ingredients
 

  • 250 gm Gourd spine
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp Almond Paste
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Cream
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut into small pieces. Shallow fry with oil, salt and turmeric powder.

  • Take a small bowl add chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder. Make a paste with 2 tbsp water.
  • Pour into the fried gourd add chopped tomato and cook for five minutes.
  • Then put off the flame add coconut cream and almond paste. Serve with anything like, roti, paratha, steam rice, fried rice, pulao etc...
