Ingredients
- 250 gm Gourd spine
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 tsp Almond Paste
- 1 tbsp Coconut Cream
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Wash and cut into small pieces. Shallow fry with oil, salt and turmeric powder.
- Take a small bowl add chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder. Make a paste with 2 tbsp water.
- Pour into the fried gourd add chopped tomato and cook for five minutes.
- Then put off the flame add coconut cream and almond paste. Serve with anything like, roti, paratha, steam rice, fried rice, pulao etc...
