Sandesh made by seeds
Sandesh is a favourite recipe of all Indians. But some people who don't want to consume dairy products and following plant based products they can try this dessert.
Make a paste with adding ground nuts, white sesame, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, coconut.
Take a pan add homemade ghee and roasted moong dal powder. Stir continuously then add seeds paste. Mix together then add saffron soaked coconut milk and jaggery powder.
Put off the flame mix evenly and make a smooth dough. Now give the shape like sandesh with hand or any mold. Garnish with pistachio and saffron.
