Me and my family enjoy Chinese food. But today I was not in a mood to make oily and fried chilly paneer or Manchurian. So thought to make something light and healthy with very less oil and having all flavors. Prepared Assorted vegetables in chilly garlic sauce with very less oil and served it with boiled rice.
Finish all cutting and chopping. Now in a pan take oil heat it add chopped garlic to this sauté it now add green chilly. Now add diced onions and sauté it
Add all the vegetables carrot, baby corn, broccoli, capsicum, bell peppers and sauté it nicely on high flame
Now add cabbage to this add crushed black pepper and salt to this
In a bowl mix tomato sauce, soya sauce, corn flour, Ching's miracle masala with 1 cup of water. Now add this mixture to vegetables. Cook it for 4 to 5 min or till it is done
Assorted vegetables in chilly garlic sauce is ready, serve it with boiled rice or fried rice
