Orange Soup

This is a healthy lifestyle. In this winter we should use fresh vegetables which is easily available now. Generally people use tomato juice, lemon juice or vinegar in soup. But here I used orange juice to give a different taste.

Cabbage

or as per taste
Instructions
Boil 2 glasses of water add chopped cabbage, chopped Carrot, chopped Capsicum and soya granules. Boil for a few minutes.
Now take a pan heat and add butter to melt then add chopped garlic saute until brown. Pour into the soup.
Add chilli flakes, black pepper, mixed herb and salt. Now make a paste with corn flour and water. Pour into the soup.
Boil another 1 minute then switch off the flame and add orange juice. Now ready to serve the hot orange soup.
Notes
Good for children and old person also.
