Chinese dumplings are the most popular food for Chinese New Year all over the country. There are three types of dumplings, pan fried dumplings, steamed dumplings and boiled dumplings. Pan fried dumplings are crispy and chewer than other two. Steamed dumplings are less famous compared to others. Boiled dumplings are soft, juicy and moist. Dumplings are treated as a street food or side dishes. I am going to show you how to wrap and how to make the fillings.
