Chena And Raw Banana Kofta Curry

There are so many types of kofta. I made this kofta with chena and raw banana which is soft and delicious. Let's see how it is done with less oil and less spices.

Cumin Powder

Coriander Powder

red chili powder

Turmeric Powder

Garam Masala

Coconut Milk
Oil
for shallow fry

Instructions
Mash chena and raw banana add green chillies, salt and chickpea flour.
Now make a masala paste with cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
Make a dough then small size balls. Shallow fry the balls then keep aside.
Add the masala paste to the oil. Stir the masala then add tomato paste. Stir continuously sprinkle little water and salt.
Add coconut milk and garam masala. Plate the fried balls and cover with masala then garnish and serve.
