Yellow corn is a good source of the carotenoid lutein and zeaxanthin which are good for eye health and help prevent the lens damage that leads to cataracts.
Boil the bhutta and keep separate. Heat oil add cumin seeds start cracking.
Add chopped ginger, cumin powder, tomato paste. Saute for a few seconds, add boiled corn, chopped green chillies, salt and saute for another few minutes.
Put off the flame squeeze lemon and mix evenly sprinkle coriander leaves. Now it is ready to serve.
