Ingredients
 

  • 2 Corn fresh
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seed
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • Green Chillies
  • Whole Red Chilli
  • Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the bhutta and keep separate. Heat oil add cumin seeds start cracking.

  • Add chopped ginger, cumin powder, tomato paste. Saute for a few seconds, add boiled corn, chopped green chillies, salt and saute for another few minutes.

  • Put off the flame squeeze lemon and mix evenly sprinkle coriander leaves. Now it is ready to serve.
