Ingredients
- 2 fresh corn
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Green chillies
- Whole red chilli
- Lemon juice
- Salt

Instructions
- Boil the bhutta and keep separate. Heat oil add cumin seeds start cracking.
- Add chopped ginger, cumin powder, tomato paste. Saute for a few seconds, add boiled corn, chopped green chillies, salt and saute for another few minutes.
- Put off the flame squeeze lemon and mix evenly sprinkle coriander leaves. Now it is ready to serve.
