Mushroom is actually a kind of fungus and meaty texture. It is packed with essential vitamins and minerals. It is an excellent to the diet adding flavour to many different types of recipes. Here I made Mast Mushroom with very simple ingredients. It can be served with any combination.
Wash the mushrooms then chop. Heat oil in a pan then saute the whole garlic for a few minutes. Add chopped onion, chopped mushroom, chopped red shimla mirch and ginger paste.
Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, red curry paste and salt.
Mix all together and sprinkle little water then cook for another 2 minutes.
Now the recipe is ready to serve with any combination.
