Ingredients
- 1 bowl Button Mushroom
- 7 to 8 Garlic whole
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Curry Paste red
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Wash the mushrooms then chop. Heat oil in a pan then saute the whole garlic for a few minutes. Add chopped onion, chopped mushroom, chopped red shimla mirch and ginger paste.
- Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, red curry paste and salt.
- Mix all together and sprinkle little water then cook for another 2 minutes. Now the recipe is ready to serve with any combination.
