Ingredients
 

  • 1 bowl Button Mushroom
  • 7 to 8 Garlic whole
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Curry Paste red
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the mushrooms then chop. Heat oil in a pan then saute the whole garlic for a few minutes. Add chopped onion, chopped mushroom, chopped red shimla mirch and ginger paste.

  • Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, red curry paste and salt.

  • Mix all together and sprinkle little water then cook for another 2 minutes. Now the recipe is ready to serve with any combination.
