mustard paste

chilli and coriander paste

tbsp
mustard oil

teaspoon
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Instructions
Wash and marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt.
Shallow fry and keep aside. Both sides to be cooked.
Now make a paste with green chillies and coriander leaves. Make a paste with mustard seeds. Mix all together.
Now ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with steamed rice.
