Ingredients
 

  • 250 gm Fish
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Paste
  • 2 tbsp Coriander or chilli, or paste chilli and paste
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt.

  • Shallow fry and keep aside. Both sides to be cooked.

  • Now make a paste with green chillies and coriander leaves. Make a paste with mustard seeds. Mix all together.

  • Now ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with steamed rice.
