Paneer paratha is a very soft and tasty paratha. Indian people are very crazy about different types of paratha. Some people have regular habit of eating paratha.
Make a dough with wheat flour and keep aside. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Paneer, mashed potato, boiled green peas, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and salt.
Fill the mixture in the dough. Then shallow fry with ghee, both sides evenly cooked.
Serve with veg curry or non-veg curry. You can carry the paratha while you are traveling. Can be in your tiffin box for school, college, office and picnic.
