We normally get fish eggs in rainy season. This recipe is very easy to make. Just wash the eggs with a strainer and marinate with turmeric, salt and lemon juice. Here is the series of fish eggs.

Turmeric Powder

gram flour
besan
1
tbsp
lemon juice
Oil for shallow fry
Chopped green chillies
1
tbsp
onion paste
1
teaspoon
garlic paste
Salt
Instructions
Wash and marinate with turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice.
Add oil in a frying pan then shallow fry the fish eggs. After then it can be used in different recipes.
Make a batter with gram flour, chopped green chillies, onion paste, garlic paste and salt.
Take the shallow fried fish eggs dip in batter and deep fry. Then it will ready to serve.
