baking soda

ginger powder

Salt water to soak the bada
Oil for deep fry

Instructions
Take a mixing bowl add semolina, curd, salt, hing, ginger powder. Mix all together and cover for 30 minutes.
Then add baking soda and blend with hand. Soak hand in water, take the batter and deep fry the bada.
Then soak the bada in salt water for 5 minutes. Then squeeze the bada from water.
Take a serving bowl serve the bada with curd, sweet chutney, black salt, roasted masala and kashmiri mirch.
