Instructions
Make a Doug with mashed potatoes and oat add salt black pepper Garam masala
Brush with oil both sides papri and bake in a preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
Take out and garnish with fresh hung curd and sweet chutney and sprinkle with roasted coriander powder black pepper
