Coconut Milk

Chia seeds

Kiwis

teaspoon
Honey
2-3
drops
Vanilla extract
optional

Seeds and nuts
for garnishing
Instructions
Grind 1/2. Coconut and make fresh coconut milk
Add and soak chia seeds in it for a minimum of 20 minutes. A couple of hours is good too
Sweeten with honey or stevia
Add some vanilla essence (this is optional)
Place it in a jar
Top it with crushed/slushed kiwi
Garnish with seeds and nuts of your choice and serve
Could mix before consuming
