Roasted Cereal Chivda is something healthy to snack on when you feel like Binging but are scared to add extra calories. This Tasty Snack will be a good companion for your evening Tea.
Add chana dal , peanuts(optional) and black chana.
Add salt to taste, Mix well, Let it cool, Serve.
If not consumed immediately, store in an airtight container.
Chef Tips:
1. You may replace peanuts with walnuts.
2. You may add raisins.
3. If you are dry roasting ingredients from Oats to peanuts, has to be done on a medium flame. Also the cooking time mentioned above would be from 05 minutes to 20-25 minute
