Mojitos becomes a must to beat the heat of scorching summers. Prepare this refreshing Green Apple Mojito with the subtle flavor of green apples, fresh mint, cucumber and White Rum to enjoy during your cocktail party.
Puree green apple , mint leaves and cucumber slices in a food processer.
In a cocktail shaker combine apple puree, white rum, ice, lime juice, apple juice and syrup.
Shake and strain into a glass.
Serve chilled green Apple mojito, garnished with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime.
Notes
You may use green apple syrup instead of fresh green apple puree, but I personally suggest fresh apples.
You may add Club soda also.
