Instructions
Clean and wash cucumber thoroughly as it is not to be peeled. Using a mandolin carefully slice the cucumbers into thin long slices
Add sun dried tomatoes, avocado, salt, and red chili flakes into mixer jar. Pulse it till every thing combines well and forms a paste.
Add chaat masala for that zing. Mix well again. Using the spoon, spread paste down the middle of a slice of cucumber.
Carefully roll up the cucumber stick a toothpick through to hold it all together. Garnish with tomato juliennes.
