Today is world nutrition day I made a veg soup with lots of vegetables. This is a light breakfast. When we are in hurry we can serve this recipe. I often do the recipe to consume more fibre.

chopped capsicum

chopped mushroom

shredded boiled jackfruit

chopped beans

teaspoon
fruits vinegar

teaspoon
lemon juice

tbsp
corn starch

teaspoon
garlic paste
1
teaspoon
Ginger paste

teaspoon
crushed black pepper
1
teaspoon
dried Basil's

butter
Instructions
Chop all the ingredients except jackfruit. Take a pan add butter and garlic saute for a minute. Add all the ingredients with 2 glasses of water.
Now add boiled shredded jackfruit and mushroom.
Make a paste with corn starch and water. Add the paste into the boiling soup. Add fruit vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Put off the flame.
Pour onto the soup plate. Sprinkle with crushed black pepper and dried basil. Spread with butter.
Notes
All ingredients have lots of fiber and nutrition.
