Instructions
Mux togeather spinach puree, salt, carom seeds wheat flour and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl
Add sufficient water and knead into a semi still dough
Set a side 5 ti 10 minutes
Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai. Deep fry puris till golden brown and puffed up. Drain on absorbent paper
Serve with
green chutney
or pickle.
