About Palak Puri
Palak puri is made by mixing wheat flour with pureed spinach and other spices. It is best enjoyed with pickle and chutney.

Ingredients
- 2 cup whole wheat flour (Gehu ka aata)
- 1/2 cup spinach (puree)
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
- 1/4 cup gram flour (optinal)
- Salt (as per taste)
- 2 cup Oil (for deep frying)

Instructions
- Mux togeather spinach puree, salt, carom seeds wheat flour and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl
- Add sufficient water and knead into a semi still dough
- Set a side 5 ti 10 minutes
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai. Deep fry puris till golden brown and puffed up. Drain on absorbent paper
- Serve with green chutney or pickle.
