Instructions
 

  • Mux togeather spinach puree, salt, carom seeds wheat flour and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl
  • Add sufficient water and knead into a semi still dough
  • Set a side 5 ti 10 minutes
  • Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai. Deep fry puris till golden brown and puffed up. Drain on absorbent paper
  • Serve with green chutney or pickle.
