Gamberi Pasta / Spaghetti Gamberi

If you have love for the seafood and pasta . This dish will definitely for you. Spaghetti Gamberi (shrimps) in Italian is one of my favorite recipe for the pasta .
The fresh flavor of tomatoes and shrimps combine with spaghetti really a mouthwatering dish

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Spaghetti raw
  • 5 Datterino tomatoes
  • 10 Shrimps
  • 10 gm Basil
  • 100 ml Shrimp stock
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 10 gm Butter
  • 15 ml olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 gm Parsley
  • 3 -4 gm Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put a pot with water on gas for boiling the pasta . Add salt in the water and let the water should boil. Meanwhile de-shell the shrimps and clean it and keep the shells for the stock.
  • For stock put pot with water around 300 ml. Put sliced onion, celery and shrimps shell and cook it for 15 to 20 min.
  • For the sauce take a pan and make it hot . Once your pan is hot add olive oil and sliced garlic with shrimps.
  • Cook the shrimps nicely from all the sides. Cut datterino tomatoes into two and add in the pan. Sauté nicely and add white wine to it.
  • Now add shrimp stock in the pan and put it on simmer so that the sauce gets its shape and flavor
  • Now return to boiling water add pasta spaghetti in it for 8 to 10 min (al dente) and 12 min for fully cooked pasta.
  • Once your pasta is boiled add the pasta in the sauce . Toss it nicely. Add salt and pepper. Add basil and finish it with butter
  • Take a deep plate , use tong while you are plating the pasta sprinkle parsley and olive oil on top . I hope you will try this and enjoy cooking
