About Shrimp Cocktail
Dishes made out of shrimp is very favourable for my family. Whenever we are in a seafood restaurant and my husband ordered this dish, I also tempted to have it though I am allergic to shrimp. This weekend I try it in my own. Ingredients are simple and very easy to make. The shrimp cocktail recipe is awesome for any party especially, a surprise appetizer for a romantic dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp raw without peeled
- 1 Onion diced
- 2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 cup Carrot diced
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 cloves Garlic halved
- 1/2 cup Parsley chopped
- 2 tsp Thyme fresh
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- Sauce cocktail
- 1 cup Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 4 tsp Sauce horseradish
- 1/2 cup Sauce hot
- wedge Lemon
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
- In a big pan add 5 cups of water, carrot,onion,garlic,lemon,parsley,thyme and bring to boil about 20 minutes.
- Drop raw shrimp into the hot liquid and turn off the heat. Wait for 2 minutes then drain the water and peel the shrimp.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
- COCKTAIL SAUCE Combine all ingredients of cocktail sauce and refrigerate until ready to serve.Serve chill over cocktail sauce.
