Shrikhand is a digestive dessert. This recipe is easy to make. It can be made by as many as flavour.

Ingredients for Shrikhand

  • Hung curd 250 gm
  • Fresh cream half cup
  • Sugar two tsp
  • Crushed nuts
  • Desiccated coconut two tsp
  • Vanilla essence half tsp
  • Coconut sugar and coco powder for spraying

How to cook Shrikhand

  1. Curd should be hung with maslin cloth.
  2. Take a bowl add hung curd, sugar, fresh cream, desiccated coconut and 1/2 itsp vanilla blend with a spatula.
  3. Then add crushed nuts and garnish with coconut sugar and coco powder. Keep in freeze at least two hours.


When we serve to guest spraying with coco powder. After lunch or dinner it gives more taste.
