Ingredients & Quantity
  • Sabudana 1 cup ( washed and soaked overnight)
  • 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 3-4 chopped green chillies
  • 5-6 tbsp peanuted powder
  • Salt to taste
How to cook?
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl till well incorporated.
  2. Shape them into balls that fit the sockets of your appe pan.
  3. Heat the appe pan. Drizzle few drops of oil in each socket.
  4. Place the vadas. Cover with a lid.
  5. Keep the flame low. Cook for about 10 minutes and flip each vada.
  6. Cover and cook again on the other side for 10 minutes. 
  7. Drizzle some more oil if needed.
