Urad Dal Puri is a puffed and fried Indian bread using a mix of urad dal paste, whole wheat flour and spices. I have cooked these puris as mini sized and is a perfect healthy option for kids snack box. This can as well be rolled to a regular puri size and fried. Enjoy these hot puris with aloo ki subzi or tomato sauce.

Notes

  1. Adjust spice according to your taste.
  2. Do not use more water while kneading the dough, otherwise the puri will absorb more oil while frying.
