  • 1 cup Mango for the smoothie frozen chunks
  • Toppings for
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup if required


  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  • Sprinkle the toppings over the smoothie.

Recipe Notes

  • Instead of mango, one can go for a banana + strawberry combination. Even ripe papaya is great in a smoothie bowl.
