Leftover Rice Tikki is an easy Indian snack prepared using leftover rice. Tastes delicious!

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Leftover cooked rice 2 cup
  • Boiled and grated potato 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli chopped 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for shallow frying

How to cook?
  1. Mix all the ingredients instead of oil, make a smooth mixture.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portion and make tikki.
  3. Heat a non stick pan, shallow fry the tikki golden. serve with chutney.
