Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli cut into florets
- 1 cup french beans
- 1 carrot long slits
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon oregano dry
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil for dressing
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil for sautteing
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds rosted
- 1/2 tablespoon freshly ground pepper or lesss as per taste
- 1/2 tablespoon chili flakes as per taste
- Salt

Instructions
- Boil broccoli, carrot, beans & corns for 5 mins & strain
- Now in a pan, put olive oil & add garlic after a min add veges and saute till they get little burnt
- Now add salt, pepper & chili flakes
- Serve hot or warm, top it with extra virgin olive oil & sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can add more veges like capsicum, bell peppers & mashrooms as well
- For little tangy taste you can squeeze in some lemon juice
