Marinating Chicken in different sauces and spice mixes not only the changes the flavor but gives a completely new, innovative and delicious chicken dish to surprise the guests. Here is another great easy to make Chicken Dinner recipe.

Ingredients
- Chicken breast boneless – 250gm
- Olive Oil – 30ml
- Curry powder – 50gm
- Paprika-3gm
- Garlic paste-10gm
- Lemon juice-10ml

Instructions
- In a bowl mix curry powder, paprika, garlic paste, lemon juice and oil.
- Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts and marinate it for 2hrs.
- Pre Heat grill on high, with the lid down, for 10mins.This is an important step that many people miss. Preheating gets the grates hot enough to sear the meat and allow it to release from the grill grates when it is ready.
- Once preheated, turn down the burners to medium high.
- Place the chicken breast on griller and grill on one side for about 7mins or until the meat natuarally releases from the grill.
- Can slice it and serve it as main meal or can use it for salad.
