Ingredients
 

  • 250 gm Prawns fresh, cleaned rinsed in water
  • 150 gm Fettuccine
  • 2 Onion diced 1:4
  • 3 Tomato red plum tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp Garlic sliced
  • 1 tbsp White pepper or black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Parsley cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup White wine
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Red jalapeno chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Fettuccine al Dante as per pkt instruction. Strain the water. Save little water for future use.
  • In a pan pour olive oil. Add garlic. Stir for 1 min then add prawns. Cook till prawns have changed colour to pink. Add diced onion and jalapeno. Stir for 2 min.

  • Add tomatoes. Stir till tomatoes are little soft. Add pepper, salt and the pasta.Mix everything together in pan.

  • Add parsley. Taste the seasoning. If the pasta is too dry then add the saved pasta water.
