Fettuccine pasta generally cooked with sauce either red or white with lots of cheese. This Fettuccine pasta is unique. This been cooked in garlic, onion. jalapeno and tomato and ofcourse the fresh prawns. Its delicious.

Ingredients
- Fresh Prawns 250gms cleaned rinsed in water.
- Fettuccine 150 gms
- Onion- 2 diced 1:4
- Red plum tomatoes- 3 diced
- Garlic sliced- 2 tblspn
- White/Black pepper- 1 tblspn
- Parsley/Cilantro chopped- 2 tblspn
- White wine- 1/4th cup
- Olive oil- 1 tblspn
- Red jalapeno copped- 1 tblspn

Instructions
- Cook the Fettuccine al Dante as per pkt instruction. Strain the water. Save little water for future use.
- In a pan pour olive oil. Add garlic. Stir for 1 min then add prawns. Cook till prawns have changed colour to pink. Add diced onion and jalapeno. Stir for 2 min.
- Add tomatoes. Stir till tomatoes are little soft. Add pepper, salt and the pasta.Mix everything together in pan.
- Add parsley. Taste the seasoning. If the pasta is too dry then add the saved pasta water.
- Its ready to serve.
