  • First roast all chopped almonds and cashews, heat a pan add sugar and little water. Let it melt completely. Keep stirring else sugar will burn. Add cardamom powder, ghee mix well.
  • When mixture starts brown in color and aroma start coming of caramelized quickly add honey and switch off the flame. Mix everything well. Add roasted nuts and mix everything together.
  • Grease baking paper. Pour this mixture over Grease baking sheet or Grease plate or Grease kitchen platform. Garnish pistachios over it. Roll it with help of Grease rolling pin. Let it cool. Cut it in your desire shape or in square shape.
