About Cucumber Raita
Cucumber raita is very good for summer season. I used all healthy ingredients to make the raita. Flaxseed soak the moist of cucumber and Moringa masala is good for virus.

Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp powdered Jaggery
- 1 tsp Flaxseed Powder
- 1 tsp Moringa Masala
- Himalayan Pink Salt as per taste

Instructions
- Peal off the cucumber and grate the cucumber.
- Beat the curd add grated cucumber, jaggery powder, roasted cumin powder, flaxseed powder, Moringa masala and pink salt.
- Mix all ingredients and serve cold or keep in fridge.
