China grass halva is a unique halva.it is made of china grass,milk and sugar.we can add colours as we desire.

Ingredients
- 1 glass milk
- 2 teaspoon agar agar powder
- 3 teaspoon Sugar
- Yellow green and mahroon food colour

Instructions
- Take a pan and heat milk
- When it boil add sugar and mix
- Add agar agar powder and stir continuously to avoid lumps.Devide milk in 4 parts.
- Take 1 drop of each colour in 3 different bowl
- Add equal quantity of milk and mix finely.
- Take silicon mould first pour yellow colour mix and let it set
- Pour white mix on yellow and let it set for 2-3 min.
- Then pour green colour mix and let it set
- Then again pour white mix
- Lastly add mahroom mix and let it set
- As it will set harday in 3-4 min. Demould it care fully in setting plate
- It is ready to serve
