Achari Gosht - Plattershare - Recipes, food stories and food lovers
This mutton curry is very easy to cook. Achari means pickle, mutton cooked by pickle spices. Mixed of fennel seeds, onion seeds, Fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. I added beetroot paste to give a rich texture and nutrition.
