Mango Ice-cream

Mango is the king of fruits and seasonal mango is best mango. It helps in digestion, boost immunity, keeps eye healthy, clears the skin, lowers cholesterol, aids weight loss.
I made mango ice-cream with only 2 ingredients that is mango and coconut cream. Both have own sweetness so no need to add extra sweet. Just to attract the kids I added watermelon cubes and jaggery powder for garnishing. These are optional.

- 1 cup mango puree
- 1 cup coconut cream
- Watermelon cubes for garnishing

Instructions
- Cut the mango and make a puree. Take a mixing bowl pour the puree and mix with coconut cream. Just beat and pour on your serving cup. Then keep in freezer for an hour.
- Bring out from freezer it is now semi solid fix the watermelon cubes center of the cup. Now again keep in freezer at least 4 hours. If you wish you can sprinkle jaggery powder just to attract your kids.
- You can also serve with extra coconut cream and rose petals.
