Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sprout Gram
- 4 teaspoon Sweet Corn
- 4 teaspoon Green pea
- 1/2 Sprout Moong
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped, don't use the pulp
- 3 teaspoon Raisin
- 2 teaspoon Cashew nuts roasted
- 3 teaspoon Almonds roasted
- 2 Green Chili chopped
- Coriander chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Orange Juice
- 3 Black Olive
- 1 teaspoon Chat Masala
- Black salt according to taste
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Instructions
- Put sprouts (both moong and chana) , green peas, sweet corn into the salted water and boil for few minutes. Drain the remaining water.
- Mix them well with Raisin, Cashew nuts, Almonds, Green Chili, Coriander, Chopped tomato, Chopped onion, Black olives
- Black salt, Chat Masala, Lemon juice, Orange Juice, Olive oil.
- Sprout salad is ready to eat.
