Paneer shashlik sizzlers is an excellent and delicious party dish.here we have a delicious blend of rice,and packed with vegetables that is placed on a sizzling from plate.in this recipe ,fresh paneer and other veggies are marinated in a spicy sauce and later grilled in a pan .the grilled paneer shashlik is later served in a sizzler pan with a bed of rice and some salad on sides of it.

Ingredients
- For paneer marination
- Paneer 500 gm
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chilli flakes 1 tsp mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Black peppers 1 tsp salt 1 tsp
- Other
- Chopped potatoes 2
- Chopped onion 2
- Tomatoes cut into half 3
- Salt 1 tsp
- Spinach leaves chopped 1 cup
- Oil 1 tsp
- Boiled vegetables carrot,peas,capsicum etc 2 cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp cabbage leaves 1 cup
- For rice
- Buttet 2 tbsp boiled rice 1 cup ,salt 1 tsp
- Peppers 1 tsp parsley 1 cup
- For butter garlic sauce
- Water 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp cornflour slurry 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp garlic paste 1 tsp

Instructions
- Saute boiled vegetables in a pan with little amount of oil and salt and keep aside. Saute onions, tomatoes, spinach, potatoes ( each separately ) on a grilling plate with little oil and salt. Add a little garlic while cooking spinach.
- For paneer - Marinate cut paneer pieces with all the ingredients mentioned above and cook for 5 minutes on a grilling plate. Keep it aside.
- For rice - Add butter in a pan and add boiled rice. Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley. Mix it well and keep it aside.
- For butter garlic sauce - Add butter in a pan and add garlic clove to it and a little water. To make it thick add cornflour and keep it aside
- Assembling- Now heat the sizzler plate for 15 minutes and place cabbage leaves on it. Assemble all the vegetables and rice on the plate. Garnish with butter garlic sauce and serve hot.
- Serve hot hot.
