Summer being the right time to experiment with fruit juices, Watermelon always remain my hero ingredient. I like to spice up my Watermelon Mojito and this is one of those successful recipes that I am sharing here today. This Watermelon Mojito recipe contains no alcohol, hence everyone can enjoy it. My version of suoer easy Watermelon Mojito is not only a big hit with my family, but it also fits well in my weight loss drink chart. This Cool summer drink is a combination of lime juice, mint leaves and Watermelon being the main ingredient because it is rich in Vitamin C. Watermelon and lime have super antioxidant properties, Watermelon and Mint are cooling agents and are good for digestion. Watermelon Mojito is ideal for summer and makes a super party drink also, just throw some chopped Watermelons in freezer a day before the party and blend all ingredients together just before the party starts and see people get amazed.

Ingredients
  

  • Frozen Watermelon pieces 3 cups
  • More watermelon pieces for garnishing
  • 4-5 stems of mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2-3 tablespoon pure honey or as per taste
  • 1 +1/2 cupe chilled water
  • A tsp of chat masala optional

Instructions
 

  • Chop watermelon in pieces and freeze for 4 hours minimum. This can be done one day early for parties. Slice watermelon and cut a few in heart or star shape for garnishing.

  • Clean and wash mint leaves, keep some big leaves for garnishing.
  • Juice one lime, remove seeds and set aside.
  • Just half hour before the event starts, bring all the ingredients together.
  • In a juicer blender attachment put lime juice, honey, mint leaves and 1/4 of frozen watermelon pieces and blend together.
  • Then add the remaining watermelon pieces and blend once again.
  • In the end add slat, c

  • Pour in decorative glasses and serve chilled.
