- 1 Soya Milk glasd
- 1 Banana sliced and mashed in grinder
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar or shakkar, or honey shakkar honey
- 3 tbsp Muesli or fruit fruit n nut ground
- 1 tbsp Almond Powder
- Peanut Butter optional-1 tblspn

- Put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend well.
- Pour the blended liquid in tall glasses garnish with chocolate sauce,muesli and fruitsticks of your own choice. Easy and simple...here you go...
