Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup suji
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Cashew pieces
  • 2 tbsp kishmish
  • 2 teaspoon Peanuts For tadka--
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hing
  • 7-8 Curry Leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Cherry Tomato
  • green Chilli for garnish
  • 1 Cup Coriander Leaves for chutney.
  • 2 Green Chilli for chutney.
  • 1/2 cup onion fir chutney
  • Rock Salt a pinch for chutney
  • 1/2 Cup curd for chutney
  • 1/2 Lemon juice for chutney
  • Oil for chutney tadka
  • Hing for chutney tadka
  • Karipata for chutney tadka
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera for chutney
  • 1/2 Spoon mustard seed for chutney tadka

Instructions
 

  • ADD TWO CUP SUJI IN A BOWL
  • ADD ONE CUP THICK
  • AND WATER AND MIX THEM AND KEEP FOR 30 MIN.
  • HEAT OIL IN PAN
  • ADD HING RAI
  • AND CURRY LEAVES
  • ADD HALF TADKA IN BATTER
  • ADD BAKING POWDER ,BAKING SODA
  • COOK IN STEAMER FOR 20 MIN. OR KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN
  • AND SALT
  • OUR IRDA IS READY
  • GARNISH WITH CHERRY TOMATO AND CHILLI
  • AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  • SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY
  • Prepare Green Chutney Mix all ingredients in mixing and grind And ad tadka
