Instructions
1. Wash ridge gourd. Just scrub d skin. Donot remove it entirely and cut it in small pieces
To it add Chana Dal, Red chillies, ginger, garlic,salt,black pepper pods,black cardomon, cloves, dalchini, Zeera (cumin seeds),Bay leaves and water
Cook on medium flame till it dal is soft n water is absorbed completely. Remember there should be no water. Let it cool down n grind it.
To it add chopped onion, Coriander leaves, chopped green chillies and bread crumbs . Mix well with hands and make round shape tikkis
Put some oil on tawa and shallow fry Kababs... Serve hot..
