Instructions
In a large bowl mix flour and salt
Now add essence and mix well
Now add yeast and cream and mix well
Now add milk and bind a dough
Knead the dough for 5 minutes
Now cover the dough and let it ready for 25 minutes
Now add oil to it and again knead it for 5 minutes
Again cover and let it rest for 30 mintues to 45 minutes to rise
Meanwhile let's make Stuffing... Mix all ingredients specified above in a bowl well and keep aside
Grease the mould with oil
Place 1 disc in the mould
Now add the stuffing on it leaving 1 cm place at border
Now place 2 nd disc on it
Now take a glass and place in centre pressing a little
Now divide the bread discs into 12 equal parts
Now shape each part as sqeezed (twist) like sqeezed clothes and now take the glass from the center
Preheat micro on high for 1 minute
You can brush the bread up with milk. Now bake the bread for 5 minutes on high
Let it cool
Take the bread in a plate
Sprinkle Seasame seeds and choco chips on the center where the glass was placed...
