This is healthy main course dish inspired from Rajasthani cuisine. As there are very less dishes with paneer in Rajsthani cuisine. So I am adding one.
There is no thick n heavy gravy, cream etc. This dish is absolutely healthy.

Cut paneer into small cubes. Take a bowl. Pour curd ,Dhaniya paste and mix masala. Add paneer in it.Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
After that use Air fryer to roast it for 15 min at 180 degree.
Now, keep all roasted paneer in a deep bowl. Heat a piece of coal, keep it in centre of paneer. Add 1 tbsp of ghee on coal. Cover bowl and keep it covered for atleast 15 min.
Take hung curd. Add Dhaniya patti and Kari patta in it. Mix them well.
